Cancellation Policy
After your confirmed booking, we require 1 week notice (7 full days before 2pm check-in time of reserved room) for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. Anything less than 1 week notice, we reserve the right to charge in full the first night cancelled + $25 dollars a day for every night thereafter if we are unable to resell the room.
* Your credit card will be charged for full amount of reservation if less than 3 days (72 hours before 2pm check-in time of reserved room) for any cancellation during peak season (May 1 – Sept 30) and holidays.
