Cancellation Policy

We require 1 week notice (7 full days before 3pm check-in time of reserved room) for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. Anything less than 1 week notice, we reserve the right to charge in full the first night cancelled + $25 dollars a day for every night thereafter if we are unable to resell the room.

* Your credit card will be charged for full amount of reservation if less than 3 days (72 hours before 3pm check-in time of reserved room) for any cancellation during peak season (May 1 – Sept 30) and holidays.

** CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO NO-SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES AS WELL.

Applicable local and state lodging taxes are added to the nightly room rate. Any additional fees, if applicable, are clearly disclosed during the reservation process.

Do you offer discounts for extended stays?
No, we do not offer discounts for extended stays.

What payment methods are accepted for room reservations?
Most major credit and debit cards are accepted for reservations and payment. Guests are required to provide a valid card at check-in for verification and incidental charges.
